No Returns & Refund Policy

At Every Baby Well®, your health and safety are our top priority. Because our products are ingestible supplements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to safety and quality control standards, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on supplements, including:

  • Opened products

  • Unopened products

  • Products purchased in error

  • Products you decide you no longer want

This policy helps ensure the integrity and safety of all products we provide to our community.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@everybabywell.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
