1000 Hours Outside Podcast with Ann Shippy, MD - The Fertility Crisis No One is Talking About

I joined Ginny Yurich on the 1000 Hours Outside Podcast for a conversation about a topic that is very close to my heart: protecting fertility long before you are ready to start a family.

Fertility is not simply a “someday” concern. The foundation for reproductive health begins much earlier than most people realize, sometimes as early as childhood.

Ginny and I talked about the toxins hidden in everyday products, the important roles of nutrition and stress, the powerful benefits of spending time outdoors, and why a father’s health matters just as much as a mother’s.

We also explored how the small choices we make each day including the water we drink, the food on our plates, the products we bring into our homes, and how much time we spend outside can all add up to something much bigger over time.

My hope is that you finish this episode feeling informed, empowered, and encouraged.

There is so much we can do to support fertility and build a healthier foundation for future generations.
